Finding a Passion


We’ve spent more than 50 years developing products like the Strong Interest Inventory® and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) brands. These easy-to-take assessments aid students in determining their interests, personality type, and personal style then compare their results with those of people like them who have already found careers that are a good fit. They also identify the top 10 occupations students are most likely to find satisfying—as well as provide important information to guide their decisions.

Our assessments can also help students be more successful in school—increasing the chances they’ll stay in high school or college and ultimately graduate. They can guide students to improve their relationships, develop leadership skills, and even reduce conflict with roommates and others.
