CAPT
CPP, the Myers and Briggs Foundation & CAPT have been long-time partners in efforts to teach people about using type in ethical, productive and meaningful ways. CAPT actively seeks collaboration with educational and research institutions interested in studies that add to what is known about type – and when properly applied – creates a positive impact on people’s lives.
The Center for Applications of Psychological Type, CAPT, was founded in 1975 by Isabel Myers and Mary McCaulley, Ph.D., who was at the time a psychologist and faculty member at the University of Florida. CAPT’s nonprofit mission was fostered by these remarkable women’s desire to promote human understanding between people of all ages through psychological type.
