Jeffrey Hayes, President and Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey Hayes is President and Chief Executive Officer of CPP, Inc. and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2005. Previously, Mr. Hayes served as Co-President, overseeing Finance and Accounting, Professional Consulting Services, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Mr. Hayes has also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Operations at CPP. He joined CPP in 1987 and throughout his tenure has led corporate-wide strategic planning, provided corporate visioning, and overseen business operations. Among his many contributions are the 2007 acquisition of APP, the company’s Asia Pacific distributor; the launch of CPP’s Professional Consulting Services practice in 2005; the conceptual development and implementation of CPP’s Technology Division; the vision and transformation of CPP into a customer-focused organization with the implementation of its customer relationship management (CRM) initiative; and the acquisitions of Xicom, Inc., and the Strong Interest Inventory® instrument. Prior to joining CPP, Mr. Hayes held a number of management roles for international companies such as Marcelo Fiberglass Corporation in the Philippines and McBer and Company in Boston, Massachusetts. He received a B.A. with a major in English from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Dennis Diligent, Senior Vice President of Global Sales

Dennis Diligent joined CPP in 2007. He brings more than 20 years of experience in building, motivating, and leading international top-tier sales teams and channel partners to his role as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. Dennis is responsible for strategically leading CPP’s global sales efforts which encompass both products and Professional Services. Prior to joining CPP, Dennis held senior global leadership positions with the Thomson Corporation and Sylvan Learning Systems. He holds a BA in International Studies/Political Science from the University of South Florida and an M.A. in International Administration from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont.

Calvin W. Finch, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer

Calvin W. Finch joined CPP in 2002 and brings more than 25 years of financial management and business experience to his current role. He oversees the Finance & Accounting and Legal & Licensing Divisions and is a member of the Board of Directors. Cal was instrumental in the 2010 acquisition of Hemisphere Consulting, the company’s distributor in Singapore, the 2007 acquisition of APP, the company's Asia Pacific distributor, and the acquisition of the Strong Interest Inventory® instrument in 2004. Cal is a member of the board of directors of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest professional association devoted to human resource management. Prior to joining CPP, Cal was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Coppola Group of Companies and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Zoetrope Group, Francis Coppola's entertainment companies; Vice President and Corporate Controller of New World Entertainment, Ltd.; and a Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Services division of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Utah.

Suresh Balasubramanian, General Manager/Senior Vice President of Products, Programs and Marketing

Suresh Balasubramanian joined CPP in 2016 and is responsible for leading the products, programs and marketing efforts. With more than 25 years of experience in multinational Fortune 100 high-technology companies and early-stage start-ups, he brings to his role expertise in scaling and growing complex global businesses to deliver revenue and profit growth. Prior to joining CPP, Suresh was Chief Executive Officer of LiveHive, where he successfully turned around the company from a pure technology provider to an award-winning sales acceleration platform. He also held senior leadership positions at Armor5, Adobe, Everdream (acquired by Dell), Macrovision (Rovi), Silicon Graphics, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC). Suresh has served on the Board of Directors of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) and the Business Software Alliance (BSA). He graduated with honors from the Wharton Business School with an M.B.A. focused on finance and strategic management and holds a B.S. in computer science from the National Institute of Technology, India, and an M.S. in computer science from The Ohio State University.

Bill Chapman, Vice President, Chief Technical Officer

Bill Chapman joined CPP in 2015. He has a successful track record as an IT and Product Executive in technology, manufacturing, acquisitions, ERP deployments, eCommerce, and commercial product design. Prior to joining CPP, he has been a Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Business Technology Officer, and Software Research Scientist, as well as founding a successful startup. Bill’s experience is based on various industries including manufacturing, distribution, services, channel selling, retail, R & D, warehousing and logistics. Bill graduated in his MBA program Summa cum laude and class valedictorian, and holds a B.S., Quantitative Analysis.

Thaddeus G. Stephens, Vice President, Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary

Thad Stephens joined CPP in 2011. Thad oversees the Legal & Licensing Divisions and serves as corporate secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to joining CPP, Thad was Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at MegaPath Inc. (formerly Covad Communications), a national telecommunications services provider; Vice President and co-founder of Equilar, Inc., a provider of executive compensation data and analytics; and an associate in the corporate legal departments at three major law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he started his legal career. Thad received his B.A. in English from the Oberlin College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and received his J.D. with distinction from Stanford Law School.

Nicole Trapasso, Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development

Nicole Trapasso joined CPP in 2000. She brings to her role more than 20 years of experience in leading innovative HR management and organizational development with a practical focus on using best practices to build and sustain a learning culture that is supportive and empowering . During her tenure, Nicole has instituted cascading goals, performance management, succession planning, culture surveys, professional development, workforce planning, Be Better University, and numerous other initiatives that build accountable, resourceful, and resilient cultures where talented people want to work. Prior to joining CPP, she was HR Manager at First World Communications, responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR from recruitment, management training, and employee relations to compensation, benefits, and payroll. She holds a B.A. in art history from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
