Why Certification?

All CPP certification programs have one thing in common: They help you become a better development professional and, in turn, help your employees flourish.

Our certification programs provide an overview of the design of and theory behind an assessment and give practitioners the tools they will need to produce the greatest benefit for their clients. They allow practitioners to gain an in-depth understanding of the best and most ethical ways to administer the assessment, as well as how to interpret and apply results to help their clients achieve their goals. Our programs typically run from two to four days.

Before you can purchase and use many CPP assessments, you will need to complete a certification program or establish your educational eligibility.

Note: Criteria for becoming certified on CPP’s instruments may vary by region and differ from U.S. requirements. Please complete the Global Sales Form.
