Learn all about individuality within four-letter type at the Pre-conference MBTI® Step II™ Workshop. Take your leadership, coaching, and team development initiatives to a whole new level with a deeper understanding of personality type. The MBTI Step II (Form Q) tool offers a more detailed view of the 16 four-letter types by presenting 20 facets of the four MBTI preference pairs, making it possible to explore personal variation within each type.

This Pre-conference MBTI® Step II Workshop is an interactive one-day workshop facilitated by MBTI expert Michael Segovia, MA, who will explain how to:


  • Professionally and ethically administer the MBTI Step II assessment

  • Provide feedback using the MBTI® Step II® Interpretive Report

  • Apply Step II results to improve leadership development, coaching, and team building

Who Should Attend?

This pre-conference workshop is designed for MBTI practitioners who are well grounded in Step I fundamentals and either have taken and passed a CPP-licensed MBTI® Certification Program or hold a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology or a related field and have successfully completed a course in the interpretation of psychological assessments at an accredited university.

PLEASE NOTE: If you completed the MBTI® Certification Program within the past six years, the content of this Step II workshop will be familiar to you, as it is the same material that is delivered on Day 4 of the certification program. However, you may still wish to attend the workshop as a great Step II refresher opportunity.
