From 2010 to 2014 he was VP International for CPP Inc. where he led the successful expansion into new geographies and in building capabilities to meet the needs of global businesses. Dr. Angela S. Farmer is an Assistant Professor and Doctorate Program Coordinator in Educational Leadership for Mississippi State University. She is also the Senior Editor of the eJournal for the Southern Regional Council on Educational Administration.

With over 25 years’ experience as an assessment and organizational trainer, her expertise includes instructional design, stand-up training, program development, train-the-trainer sessions, and team-building strategies. Daniel Grachanin is an Enterprise Solutions Engineer and internal executive leadership and team consultant at Google. Prior to Google, he served for 10 years in the military in the US Air Force and US Army achieving the rank of Captain. Daniel tested his mettle in leadership during his time as an Infantry combat leader in Afghanistan commanding troops in excess of 300 Soldiers. Upon his return from Afghanistan, he assisted in training service animals for rehabilitation for Soldiers suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in addition to rehabilitating Soldiers by facilitating resiliency training for the VA (Veteran’s Affairs). Currently he is a credentialed MBTI Practitioner and primary MBTI facilitator for Google where he specializes in training executive teams at Youtube, AdWords, and PeopleOps.
He is the recipient of the Bronze Star and twice awarded the Purple Heart for wounds received in action. Pete Hammett is Managing Director of Human Resources with Oklahoma Gas & Energy (OGE) Corp. In this role Pete oversees HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Technical Training and Organizational Development.
While at OGE Pete has lead the implementation of OGE’s culture initiative aimed at improving member engagement and achieving key business results; realizing a 30% reduction in safety incidents, 1.5% reduction in O&M expenses and a 6.5% improvement in engagement. Rich Thompson joined CPP, Inc., in 2000 and since 2006 has served as Divisional Director, Research, managing CPP’s research team, leading the company’s research efforts in the U.S. and worldwide, and providing strategic input on cross-functional product development efforts. During his tenure at CPP, Rich designed and developed CPP’s Research website, which has been used in many major corporate initiatives including the Strong Interest Inventory® assessment revision; played a major role in the rollout of Professional Services, CPP’s consulting division; and has authored multiple in-house surveys for customers. He represents CPP at major conferences such as SIOP, APA, ASTD and SHRM.
Rich has an extensive background in developing surveys and assessments for use in both organizational information gathering and predictive research. Before joining CPP, he worked for the Texas Center for Productivity and Quality of Work Life developing and analyzing organizational climate surveys as part of large-scale organizational redesigns. He also worked for five years in the Organizational Research and Training Laboratory of the Civil Aeromedical Research Institute (CAMI) of the FAA. There, his work focused on the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of organizational surveys, including a biennial agencywide survey of all employees. Stephanie K. Eberle is the Director of the Stanford School of Medicine Career Center. Stephanie began her tenure at the School of Medicine Career Center in 2008 developing curriculum and resources for all biosciences trainees to explore and define a path toward their own careers of choice. She is also a Resident Fellow living with and mentoring 90 Stanford freshmen in an integrated living environment dorm. In her 20+ years of professional experience, she has found that her passion is helping others find and follow theirs.
Currently, Stephanie is focused on helping trainees understand the true value of their training so that they may be able to appropriately define their fit with various fields and organizations. This work is comprised of writing for Inside Higher Education and creating new curriculum to develop a “fit” perspective and self-awareness within her trainees.
Stephanie helps trainees with all aspects of professional/career development, and she is especially interested in issues of gender and diversity in the workplace. She is also adjunct faculty at the University of San Francisco and she taught for ten years with John Krumboltz at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Education. Stephanie holds an M.Ed in counseling.
