WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?

Pre-conference Workshops

Maximize your learning and attend a pre-conference workshop. Full and half-day workshops are available on Monday, September 26, 2016. Register for both half-day workshops and save. Learn more.


All prices are listed in USD. Pre-conference workshops will be offered as an add-on to the main conference. Workshop participants must purchase both conference registration and workshop.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION?

Access to the 2016 MBTI® Users Conference includes keynote sessions as well as chosen breakout sessions. Registration also includes food and beverages during the daytime sessions and access to the Monday and Tuesday evening conference receptions. Pre-conference workshops and hotel accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee.

WILL THE 2016 MBTI® USERS CONFERENCE PROVIDE CE HOURS AND/OR MBTI® MASTER PRACTITIONER CREDITS?

Attending the 2016 MBTI® Users Conference will give you the opportunity to earn up to 16 CE Hours. Earn 7 MBTI® Master Practitioner and NBCC CE Hours for the Pre-Conference MBTI® Step II™ Workshop, 4 MBTI® Master Practitioner and NBCC CE Hours for the Pre-Conference MBTI® Cultivating Connections Workshop and 9 MBTI® Master Practitioner and NBCC CE Hours for attending the full conference. Please note: You must be enrolled in the MBTI® Master Practitioner Credential Program prior to attending the conference to earn MBTI® Master Practitioner CE Hours. www.mbtimasterpractitioner.org for program details.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY?

The 2016 MBTI® Users Conference accepts several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you must cancel your conference registration for any reason, notify CPP in writing by email at mbticonference@cpp.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 -10 business days. The refund policy and dates are outlined below:


  • Cancellations up to and including May 31, 2016: Fees will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations up to and including July 31, 2016: Fees will be refunded less $250 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations after July 31, 2016: Registration fees are non-refundable.


ARE ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTIONS PERMITTED?

If you are no longer able to attend the 2016 MBTI® Users Conference, you may transfer your registration to another verified MBTI® practitioner by sending an email to mbticonference@cpp.com with the new attendee's name and contact information by Friday, September 16, 2016.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Guests will not be permitted to attend any 2016 MBTI® Users Conference sessions or activities.

Is a group discount available?

There are no group discounts available for the 2016 MBTI® Users Conference. We encourage you to take advantage of Early Bird registration.

Where will the conference be held?

The 2016 MBTI® Users Conference will take place in Union Square, right in the heart of San Francisco, CA, at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel.

Are there discounted hotel rooms for conference attendees?

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

If you plan to drive or travel by taxi, you can anticipate a 35-45 minute travel time from either airport. Downtown San Francisco is easily accessible from either airport via public transportation. Taxis are readily available and the Bay Area’s train, BART (www.bart.gov), can take you from either airport to downtown San Francisco. As soon as the conference venue is announced, specific directions to venue will be shared. For more information about public transportation, please visit www.511.org.

Where can I park around the hotel?

Valet Parking is available at the Sir Francis Drake for $59 plus tax per night and oversized vehicles are $64 plus tax per night.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to the 2016 MBTI® Users Conference. A jacket or sweater is recommended for air-conditioned rooms within the conference rooms.
