An Event Designed Specifically for you, the
MBTI® Professional

2016 MBTI® USERS CONFERENCE:

CULTURE MATTERS

Over the years, organizational culture has been interpreted and reinvented in countless ways, but one truth has remained constant—having a strong culture is vital in today’s business world. Why? Culture drives everything: employee engagement, retention, company branding, financial performance, and more.

Featuring Keynote Speaker and Culture Architect Robert Richman

Robert Richman, author of The Culture Blueprint and former manager and culture strategist for Zappos.com, is a leading expert on culture, customer service, innovation and leadership.

In his keynote address, Robert will present on the importance of organizational culture and how culture drives everything, the dysfunction that results when culture is not a top concern, how to make culture a priority by mastering “buy-in” and the beta blueprint, and the art of culture hacking. Robert will leave you with high leverage tools that can be used immediately to create long-term change and organizational achievement.
