Mountain View, Calif. March 10, 2014 — CPP, Inc. (CPP.com), an industry leader in research, training, and organizational development tools and the exclusive publisher of the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®
(MBTI®) assessment, announced that it has appointed Levy Consulting (www.levyconsulting.co.il/) to represent its suite of talent management products in Israel. Levy Consulting will distribute CPP’s assessments – including the Myers-Briggs® instrument, Strong Interest Inventory®, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation™ (FIRO®) instruments and California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™) – and provide related products and services, including certification training for the MBTI® assessment.
“Because of the country’s multi-national business environment and history, Israeli companies leverage a diverse, global talent pool,” said Yoav Levy, CEO, Levy Consulting. “As a result, there’s a great need for tools that foster teamwork and collaboration. The MBTI framework has proven effective in bringing diverse teams together by creating awareness and appreciation of different work and communication styles.”
Introducing the world’s top talent management products to a vibrant market
According to CPP, Israel presents an attractive market and opportunity to establish its products and services. The country continues to see healthy economic expansion and a high level of entrepreneurship. In addition to hosting a large number of multinational companies, Israel has emerged as a major source of innovation in science and technology, and offers a startup environment similar to California’s Silicon Valley.
“The talent management market in Israel is advanced and it is also very distinct in terms of the country’s overall business culture,” said Andrew Bell, Vice President of International Sales, CPP. “Levy Consulting provides the local insight and industry expertise to successfully introduce the MBTI instrument and other CPP assessment to an environment replete with potential.”
Kicking off the arrangement, Bell is personally delivering the first-ever MBTI certification program in Israel on March 10.
Expanding globally by connecting locally
“CPP’s regional distributors have proven to be a very effective means for international expansion, both in terms of understanding local cultures, and reaching the right influencers,” said Bell. “The climate is right for the MBTI framework in Israel, and we anticipate a successful introduction with Levy.”
The entrance into the Israel market is illustrative of CPP’s ongoing strategy of global expansion, which has included recent distribution arrangements in Mexico, Sub-Saharan Africa and Thailand. The MBTI assessment is currently available in 25 languages, and MBTI certification programs are offered all over the world.
