The Client Feedback Report provides specific results from the CPI 260 instrument and descriptive information about clients' basic approach to life, how they see themselves, and how their results on important personal characteristics compare to those of others. Clients' results on 26 CPI 260 scales are presented graphically, divided into five categories: dealing with others, self-management, motivations and thinking style, personal characteristics, and work-related measures. An additional, unnumbered "Administrator Page" is included at the end of the report for the practitioner only—not for the client. This page shows the Lifestyle Diagram Supplement and plots the client's raw score units on two measures of the assessment.
The Coaching Report for Leaders is a narrative report that helps clients better understand their preferences, attitudes, and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership, providing a highly intuitive look at clients' strengths and blind spots. It does not include clients' CPI 260 scale scores, but rather uses the scores to drive the narrative over five core performance areas: self-management, organizational capabilities, team building and teamwork, problem solving, and sustaining the vision. Individual leadership characteristics covered include use of power and authority, comfort with visibility, and more than a dozen others. The report targets clients' leadership developmental needs and helps them create an action plan for increasing their leadership effectiveness.
