1. What will the 2.5 day program cover?

The interactive workshop covers instrument design, scoring, and interpretation with a focus on the key applications of individual and leadership development. All the knowledge you need is brought to life in hands-on, practical learning sessions that cover the following topics:

  • Introducing, administering, and interpreting the CPI 260 Assessment
  • Four Steps to a CPI 260 Interpretation
  • Applying Results in Business Settings (Leadership; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Self-awareness and Adaptability; etc.)
  • Exploring the CPI 260® Coaching Report for Leaders
  • Combining the CPI 260 Assessment with Other Assessments
2. Do you offer Continuing Education (CE) hours?

We offer CE hours from selected organizations for our public certification programs. You can learn more about the CE hours we offer here. Please note that we do not offer CE hours for any of our in-house programs.

3. Are there any pre-work assignments?

Yes. Pre-work, which can take up to 8 hours to complete, consists of the participant selecting a volunteer client, taking the CPI 260® assessment online, and completing a mandatory reading assignment.

Robert Devine, M.A.

Robert Devine (Rob) is a Senior Consultant who brings broad educational, organizational, and management experience to his work in helping individuals and organizations improve their effectiveness and productivity. He focuses specifically on management effectiveness training, team-building, career evaluation and management, and executive selection, as well as train-the-trainer sessions in all of these areas.

Most recently, he has focused on the development of paper-and-pencil and computer-delivered assessment materials and programs for performance improvement that are used extensively throughout the world. Rob is the author of CPP, Inc.'s CPI 260® Certification Program and the CPI 260® Client Feedback Report Guide for Interpretation. He has also authored participant tests, computer/web-based reports, and facilitation guides that enable human resources professionals and management development experts to help individuals, teams, and companies to improve communication, interpersonal contacts, and leadership skills. Rob has extensive experience in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, publishing, and education.

Rob holds an Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Behavior from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and a Teacher Certification from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Sarita Bhakuni, Psy.D.

Dr. Sarita Bhakuni is a senior organizational development consultant and an assessment expert who works with companies to develop training programs, deliver team building programs, implement career development initiatives, create diversity empowerment programs, provide coaching, and in outplacement and selection. She specializes in creating growth while managing change for individuals and organizations.

Sarita's experience spans many industries including health care, technology, retail, and education. Her primary goal in working with clients is to customize each program to meet their specific needs.

Sarita holds Master and Doctorate Degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago and a Bio-medical Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University. She is also a Licensed Psychologist and an instructor for CPP, Inc.'s MBTI® and CPI 260® Certification Programs. Sarita is a frequent speaker on topics related to organizational development and learning.

6. I don’t see any programs that fit my schedule.

7. I want to certify several employees at once. What options do I have?

Please contact us to learn more about our in-house certification program option for groups of five or more.

8. Can I transfer my registration?

You have a one-time option to transfer to another certification program of like kind offered by CPP, Inc. up to 14 calendar days before a program start date. Call CPP Customer Relations at (800) 624-1765 for assistance. Once a transfer has been completed, certification training must be completed within one (1) calendar year of the transfer request.

9. What if I need to transfer to another program more than once?

You can transfer one time at no charge. More than one transfer request, or a transfer request made fewer than 14 calendar days before a program start date, will each incur a transaction charge equal to 10% of the standard registration fee.

10. Can I cancel my registration?
