CPP, Inc. Sells Davies-Black Publishing Division to Nicholas Brealey Publishing

 
 
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., January 1, 2009 — Jeffrey Hayes, President and CEO of CPP, Inc., announced today the sale of its Davies-Black® Publishing division to Nicholas Brealey Publishing of London and Boston. Davies-Black Publishing specializes in books about business and career management.

Davies-Black Publishing has established its place as a well-known name in cutting edge business and career topics with emphasis on leadership and management, organization development, human resource development, career management, and professional improvement. The list of titles is widely respected internationally, and its books have been translated into more than 23 languages around the world.
