tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, today named workforce training
consultancy Human Development Solutions (HDS) as an authorized distributor of its
products in Mexico. HDS, which has a distinguished success record of helping organizations in Mexico more effectively leverage their talent, will also provide
the first-ever Spanish-language MBTI certification training programs in Mexico starting in January 2013.
Beginning July 1, 2012, HDS will leverage its expertise in providing coaching, organizational development consulting, and training workshops to offer companies operating within Mexico training applications centered on CPP’s MBTI, FIRO®, and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) products. HDS will demonstrate the value of these assessments for conflict management, communication, team-building, and decision-making applications. While HDS will initially distribute only MBTI, TKI, and FIRO products, the agreement paves the way for distribution of other CPP products, such as the CPI™ and Strong Interest Inventory® assessments, in the near future.

The appointment of HDS as a distributor is an important step in CPP’s larger strategic focus to distribute its products in Central and South America. Additionally, the prominence of multinational companies in Mexico enables HDS to leverage CPP’s U.S. relationships to penetrate the workforce training and development market within Mexico.
HDS brings to its partnership with CPP deep expertise in the challenges faced by state and local governments, state-owned companies, multinational companies (including U.S.-based organizations), and organizations in the education, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors. The CPP–HDS agreement also extends CPP’s penetration with HDS’ customers.

While the distribution agreement provides for the sale of CPP products in Mexico, HDS will also offer companies in nearby countries access to certification training in Spanish.
