CPP Expands Professional Services Offering with Program to Thoroughly Explore Role of Psychological Type in Leadership and Team-building

 
 

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., September 10, 2008— CPP, Inc., publisher of industry leading research, training and organizational development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, today announced the launch of the MBTI® Step II Training Program for MBTI Qualified Practitioners working in organizations. The training will give participants a deeper understanding of the role of psychological type in leadership and team-building.

Presented as a one-day, highly interactive, on-site workshop, the MBTI Step II Training Program teaches MBTI practitioners to administer and use the MBTI Form Q and MBTI Step II Interpretive Report, with an emphasis on leadership development and team-building.
