CPP’s ICON Success Program delivers professional development resources through an exclusive online community to help ICONs get the most from their use of CPP’s gold standard personality assessments including the MBTI, California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), FIRO-B®, and Strong Interest Inventory® instruments in their practice. Designed for HR/organizational development practitioners with independent businesses which serve corporate, education, and government organizations, this new community also offers marketing and sales information such as case studies and product overviews, plus a special logo for ICONs to help them enhance their profile with clients.

The interactive web community also provides tools for interacting directly with CPP, such as the ICON Success Blog and the new electronic newsletter called ICONic Connections debuting in May, as well as tools to communicate and collaborate with other ICONs such as public forums. Community members will be able to post comments to blogs, start their own forums or join those of others, and read the interactions of all the other members.
