CPP, Inc’s Cal Finch Appointed To SHRM Board Of Directors

CPP CFO Joins Board of World’s Largest Association Devoted to Human Resource Management

 

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 26, 2007 – CPP, Inc. Finch, CPP Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, has been appointed to the 2007 Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Board of Directors. SHRM is the leading voice of the human resource profession, representing the interests of more than 210,000 professional and student members from around the world.

Finch brings to the SHRM Board more than 20 years of senior-level financial, operating management, and consulting experience. He has specific experience in accounting, treasury management, strategic and financial planning, process re-engineering, human resources and risk management.

Previous positions held by Finch include Vice President, and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for the Coppola Group of Companies—Francis Ford Coppola’s entertainment, winery, and hospitality businesses, and Vice President and Controller for New World Entertainment, Ltd. Finch also founded his own consulting firm, Finch & Associates, and was a co-founder of HomeContractor.com, an Internet startup.

He earned his B.S. from the University of Utah; he is a Certified Public Accountant; and formerly was a member of the Boards for The San Francisco Choral Society, the Coppola Family Trust and the American Heart Association of Los Angeles.
