MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., June 5, 2007 – CPP, Inc. (www.cpp.com), an industry leader in research, training, and organizational development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, announces key additions to its research and finance divisions. David Nemeth, who joins CPP as Director of Financial Planning, was previously Business Unit Controller at Symantec Corporation. Michael Anderson, CPP’s new Research Scientist, brings a strong academic background and a high level of industry-specific experience from his previous position as Senior Research Consultant at Hogan Assessment Systems.

“In order to achieve our goal of becoming a global company, we have brought in two accomplished professionals, both with a proven track record of success,” says CPP Co-President Maria Patrick. “David Nemeth will be creating financial forecasts and analyses to support the decision-making processes throughout the company. Michael Anderson’s wealth of knowledge in assessments, applied research, statistics, and data analysis strengthens the research fundamentals of our business.”

Nemeth will oversee CPP’s annual budgeting process; review internal sales, expense, and reporting systems; and ensure that decision makers throughout the organization have access to the most current and accurate financial data. His 20-plus years of experience at such companies as Sun Microsystems, Handspring, and Mattson Technologies have uniquely equipped him to hone CPP’s financial infrastructure.

Anderson holds a PhD degree in industrial and organizational psychology and is trained and experienced in a wide array of personnel functions, including job analysis, selection, performance appraisal, training, team processes, organization development, organizational survey, research design, and statistical analysis. He also has specific experience in the assessment industry, having performed sophisticated statistical analyses with client data to develop appropriate selection systems.
