CPP Adds Two Regional Consultants, Hires Senior Research Scientist

Demand for Assessment Products Spurs Expansion

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Sept. 11, 2006, CPP, Inc. (www.cpp.com), an industry leader in research, training, and organizational development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, announced the hiring of three industry experts, bolstering their already top-quality research and professional consulting divisions. Becky Sandifer, Texas Regional Consultant, and Breanne Potter, South Central Regional Consultant, will drive continued demand for products in these growing markets and Mike Morris leaves an independent consulting practice to serve as Senior Research Scientist.

“Becky and Breanne come with the experience we need to address a particularly sharp increase in demand from the Texas and the South Central Regions,” said Maria Patrick, Co-President of CPP. “We’ve known Mike as a consultant for CPP over the past six years, during which time he was a major contributor to the revision of the Strong Interest Inventory® assessment, among other projects. We’re excited that he’ll be contributing to our Professional Services offerings and working on international versions of our assessments.”

Breanne Potter was previously a full-lifecycle recruiter and sales executive at Bradford & Galt in St. Louis. She is in her fourth year of the doctoral program at the University of Missouri, St. Louis in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

She has built up more than 15 years of experience in creating and implementing programs and initiatives for major businesses and law firms in coaching, assessment, and consultative sales for organizational development.

Mike Morris holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Iowa State University. In addition to his contribution to the Strong revision, Mike worked as part of the research team responsible for maintaining and revising existing CPP products including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, California Psychological Inventory™, and FIRO-B® assessments.
