announces the addition of two industry veterans to their sales division. Dennis
Diligent, who joins CPP as Vice President of Sales and Professional Services, was
previously Executive Director of Business Development – EMEA and Latin America

at Altura Credit Union.
“CPP’s Professional Services Division, which was launched in 2005, provides
consulting expertise for the development and implementation of human capital management

Dennis increased sales in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from $8 million to
$24 million within 24 months.”
Diligent has expertise in building, motivating, and leading international top-tier
sales and cross-functional teams from the ground up. With his multilingual and cross

with his talent for penetrating new markets and driving product and services sales
in the business-to-business segment, Diligent has delivered over $70 million in
new business throughout his career. Diligent will also serve as a member of CPP’s
executive management team.
Pamela Valencia possesses more than 15 years experience in the banking and finance

sales experience within the finance industry will greatly enhance CPP’s footprint
in this expanding territory,” said Hayes. “Pamela’s knowledge
of how to effectively align strategic goals throughout the enterprise will position
her for success with existing and prospective customers.”
While at Altura, Valencia partnered with senior management to implement the company’s
