CPP, INC., APPOINTS BRIAN A. McCANN AS NEW FEDERAL SOLUTIONS SALES CONSULTANT

10-Year Seasoned Sales Executive to Boost Sales in the Federal Government Market

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., March 20, 2008 — CPP, Inc., an industry leader in research, training, and organizational development tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, today announced the addition of sales executive Brian McCann as Federal Solutions Sales Consultant for the government market.

“We are excited to have Brian McCann join our sales team,” said Dennis Diligent, VP Sales and Professional Services, CPP. “Based on his successful sales record we know he will help CPP build strong, successful business relationships within the government market and help expand our leadership in this area.”

McCann will be in charge of developing new federal government business using a consultative and strategic selling approach. His familiarity with federal procurement requirements, Financial Accounting and Reporting System (FARS), and Government Services Administration (GSA) make him the perfect candidate for such a position, as does his extensive experience developing strategic and tactical business plans with influential government leaders.

“I’m looking forward to leveraging my expertise to generate new sales opportunities on behalf of CPP,” said McCann. “It is gratifying to work with a company that has such a strong commitment to superior assessment tools and professional services – I believe there is great potential to boost sales.”

McCann has held several senior sales positions and been instrumental in developing new business with Fortune 500 clients and the federal government. Most recently he was the Senior Sales Executive and Director of Federal Government Business Development for the testing and assessment services company Prometric, Inc. In this role, McCann successfully captured competitive business with the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Environmental Protection Agency, and National Security Agency. Prior to this, McCann worked for Charles River Laboratories as the Business Development and Proposal Manager, securing more than $50 million in winning proposals during an 18-month period. And as Manager of Business Development and Client Services for Southern Testing and Research Laboratories, McCann directed the expansion of their marketing program and was an active member of the Advisory Executive Committee.

McCann holds a Master of Science degree in Technology and Human Affairs from the Sever Institute of Technology, Washington University in St. Louis. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and Education from Rutgers College.
